All Gramercy Park Estate Liquidation & Appraisal Services Inc. appraisers and employees as well as clean-out, and moving staff will wear protective masks and gloves and keep the appropriate 6-foot distance between themselves and you as a client and/or your representatives to uphold sanitary conditions. Additionally, the use of hand sanitizers and hand washing protocols will be followed. No employee who is sick will be permitted to work.

In addition, we will require that all buyers of your personal property and fine art, enter your premises and comply with requirements to wear masks and gloves and adhere to appropriate distance requirements. We will provide masks, gloves and hand sanitizers in the event they do not have them. We will also conform to all building management rules and regulations for moving and pickup of your property as well as the allowable limit of visitors at any given time.

We can also, place your items in storage for an additional charge and perform an appraisal and/or liquidation of your personal property and fine art at the storage location. As a further service to reduce contact we can provide sidewalk pickup

For an additional charge we can provide a clean-out and/or cleaning service to disinfect the premises and leave it in a broom clean sanitized condition.

Virtual Appraisals:

1. Perform appraisals from detailed email and text photographs and videos.
2. We will provide instructions before you submit photographs and videos.
3. Video conferencing through Zoom, Skype, Facetime, Facebook Messenger and Google Meets.
4. We will view items and ask questions and descriptions and any provenance information you can provide in order to perform an accurate verbal or written report.

By following these protocols we will continue to provide our high quality service and do appraisals and estate liquidations for you in your home or other locations.
